exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool, hot tub (subject to a supplement) and sauna,

150 square meter large library with sofas, armchairs, tables and desk. This has large doors opening onto our huge terrace overlooking the grounds and lakes.

Two large Kitchens. One kitchen has a gas hob and the other has an electric hob. Three ovens, Two large fridges and a small fridge.

In total there are nine shower rooms/two with baths plus 3 extra toilets

Outside there is a courtyard with a white marble fountain and beyond that there are 50 hectares of lakes, fields, parkland, woods, temples, gates, zen gardens and sculptures all available for you to explore. 

We also have a very large barn which is equipped as an event space, it will seat 50 people for a meal or can accommodate an audience of up to 60 people. This space has stage lighting, gallery lighting, a hanging system for artworks, a sound system, projector and screen and movable bar. This space can be rented for weddings, big parties, corporate workshops, screenings, and performances. Please email to discuss your event.

Tables and chairs can also be hired.

Prices for hiring this space alone start from €450.

Prices start from €1,050 per night for the big house with a 2 night minimum stay. Cleaning fee €295
